Online appointments can only be booked for the 10:00-11:30 time slot. For other times, please call the clinic. We recommend booking an appointment at least 1-2 days in advance to get the best time. Emergency appointments are possible depending on availability.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price.
In case of delay, we try to treat you on the same day, but this may result in a shortened treatment time. In case of significant delay, we reschedule the appointment for a later time or another day.
