Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of medical services provided by Praxis am Hollenbach.

2. Subject of Contract

The contract applies to medical consultation and treatment by the physician or medical staff of the practice.

3. Patient Obligations

• Truthful information about medical history and current complaints
• Punctual attendance at scheduled appointments
• Compliance with therapy instructions
• Notification of changes to contact information

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the currently applicable Fee Schedule for Physicians (GOÄ) or the Fee Schedule for Dentists (GOZ). Payment is made after the service has been provided.

5. Cancellation and Delay

Appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. For late or missed appointments, the practice reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The practice assumes no liability for damages not based on gross negligence or intent. Medical treatments always carry a certain risk, which the patient is informed of.
